An old man and a young boy are sitting in a corner talking. A well-dressed man appears in front of them. He puts a bag of gold in front of the young one.
Young:
- Thanks, I don't need money.
- Well, I give it to you, whether you spend it or give it to the poor.
The young man does not insist much. He takes the bag and immediately distributes it to those he knows he needs.
The old man sees the young man asking for help from someone else the same evening and asks:
- why didn't you keep that bag of gold for yourself?
Young:
- I could not think that I would live until the evening.
